I am currently working with a global leading law firm with expertise in litigation/dispute resolution and advisory services. My client is looking to make an exciting hire for a Finance Systems Analyst to sit amongst their finance team. The Finance team is made up of Financial Systems, Financial Control, Financial Planning and Reporting, Management Accountants, Credit Control, Legal Cashiers and Billers and Financial Operations Database teams.Role Responsibilities:Elite 3E Utilisation: Leverage your experience with Elite 3E to support their financial systems and processes.PMS Migration Projects: Assist in the firm's ongoing Practice Management System (PMS) migration projects for their global offices, ensuring seamless transitions.Financial Systems Documentation: Contribute to the production of financial systems procedures, development specifications, test plans, and training guides to support the finance team.Training Provision: Deliver training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient with our financial systems and processes.Second-Line Support: Occasionally provide second-line support to resolve complex financial system issues and queries.Supplier Deliverables Assessment: Test and assess supplier deliverables to ensure they meet agreed quality and service standards, maintaining the integrity of the financial systems.GENERAL DUTIES:Maintain the high standard of service offered to the Firm’s internal clients and to assist in creating and developing the professional reputation of the departmentMaintain the firms high values - approachable, straightforward, supportive and distinctive Be subject to varying degrees of supervision on a day-to-day basis Create and maintain professional and positive relationships with customers, clients and other employeesWork in line with the Firm’s Contribution Areas which are specific to your role and level Maintain trust and confidentiality at all timeAct as a Trusted Advisor by building relationships across business services to ensure a consistent approach and service
Undertake any specific training as and when required by the HR Department, supervisor or Partners of the FirmOperate safely and considerately in the workplace.
