Finance Systems Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Systems Analyst to join a blue-chip company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional expert with experience in P2P S2C and Fixed Assets/Leases, contributing to the definition of new processes and enhancing finance operations while staying informed about industry best practices.
• Support the implementation of new finance systems or upgrades to existing ones, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality.
• Deliver day-to-day operation and maintenance of finance systems in accordance with the Finance Support Service Design.
• Monitor data quality and consistency across various systems and databases to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot functional system issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions in line with the service catalogue and SLAs.
• Conduct user testing and quality assurance activities during upgrades and deployment of new functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and Configuration teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, processes, and training materials for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on upcoming Microsoft releases to identify new features that support continuous improvement and perform solution validation for new patches and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly known as Dynamics AX) with relevant experience across the following Modules (P2P S2C, Fixed Assets/Leases)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for extending and integrating with D365 F&O desirable.
• Familiarity with related technologies such as SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365 is also desirable.
