Our unique datasets are enabling scientific discoveries that improve human health worldwide - and your role will be pivotal to that journey: as our Financial Transformation Lead you support our transformation journey. This 18 month FTC will help support our growth trajectory to a whole new level.
This role is pivotal to that journey.
Can you do it?
The answer is yes, if you have experience of;
Developing a roadmap of activities to drive increased efficiency, robustness and improved customer experience
Leading the prioritisation, delivery and change management activities for identified projects
Assessing the market for finance systems used by similar charities
Leading the development of requirements, specifications to procure a new finance system
Acting as lead point of contact for implementation partners
Leading key projects to increase finance process/system efficiency and enhance the control environment
Leading engagement/change management activities with key stakeholders
Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with expected 2 days per week in the office - Cheadle, Stockport.
Is this 'you'?
Youll be a finance professional, ideally from leadership of a Finance function, with a deep understanding of all aspects of transactional financial management.
Great knowledge in finance system implementation, including configuring and optimising financial systems.
Excellent leadership and change management skills is a must, plus experience of charity accounting and funding is an advantage.
