Job Description Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you'll spearhead transformative initiatives, from seamless integration of acquisitions to implementing cutting-edge tools, ensuring streamlined processes and timely project completion. Join us at the forefront of financial innovation, driving efficiency and collaboration in a dynamic and tech-savvy work environment. Your key Responsibilities will include: Drive the implementation of innovative financial solutions across the Group to optimize data reporting & analysis. Lead financial integration of acquired entities into our global Accounting software, ensuring seamless transition. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to tailor tools for optimized workflows. Champion the adoption of transformative management tools. Enhance internal systems for seamless data integration. Drive successful execution of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through clear communication and proactive engagement. Qualifications To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, from an Accredited University. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Finance Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment (i.e. Big 4) Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading financial projects from initiation to completion. In-depth knowledge of financial systems and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), automation tools, expenses management software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions. Some exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI products (such as prompts drafting etc...)
