A newly created Financial Accountant role for a global B2C Media and Entertainment business based in the heart of Manchester.

Reporting into the impressive Finance Director, the Financial Accountant role would suit an ACA qualified accountant with a strong technical skillset and the personality to deliver information effectively to senior management.

Key responsibilities:

• Own key balance sheet lines as part of month end process
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Support year-end audit process, and assist with Group financial statements
• Support a number of subsidiary companies
• Deliver key information to senior stakeholders
• Ad hoc support where required

Key requirements:

• Qualified accountant - ACA preferred
• Audit background or experience in a financial accounting role
• Strong technical skillset
• Drive and ambition!
