Position: Financial Accountant Location : Tewkesbury
Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary : Competitive + pension + Simply Health cover
Holiday : 22 days + bank holidays
Reporting To : Financial Controller
Managing : 2 Assistant Accountants & 1 Purchase Ledger Administrator
Your Role As a Financial Accountant , you'll play a key role in various financial functions, including:
Fixed asset accounting, month-end journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparation of accruals, national statistics forms, and annual reports like Gender Pay.
Overseeing year-end accounts, stock take, and audit queries.
Data analysis, report generation, and managing the accounts team.
What We're Looking For Ideal candidates will bring:
Qualifications : CIMA/ACCA or 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
Experience : Management accounts, treasury, and ledger expertise.
Skills : Attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
Proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented mindset.
Excellent IT proficiency (Excel & Word; Sage 200 is a bonus).
