Salary: £50,000 plus a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly and year-end financial statements in compliance with relevant legislation
• Handle VAT returns, tax computations, and support with audits
• Produce management reports and provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L statements
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Provide support for financial planning and strategy development

Key Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills
