This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has been recently acquired where lots of change is being implemented. The company has some fantastic growth plans and they have several lucrative contracts in their pipeline. They are looking for an experienced Administrator/Finance person to join their team. You need to be able to think outside the box and to report into the Managing Director. You will need to have a great eye for detail and be super organised. It is a dual role consisting of finance and administration. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records on QuickBooks, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing general ledger entries and management reporting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in using accounting software, specifically QuickBooks. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills. If you are a highly organised individual with a passion for numbers, working in a high growth environment with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, we would love to hear from you!
