Financial Administrator

Direct Response Employment Services is delighted to be supporting an award winning local client of ours in the recruitment of a technical administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.�

Working within the service department you will be supporting the client services manager your primary role will be to assemble and organise client policy information at the necessary points in a clients journey, supporting paraplanners and advisors on a day to day basis.�

• Correspond with policy providers on behalf of the client.�


• General liaison with the client.�


• Submit any new business on behalf of the client.�


• Facilitate the annual review process of our clients.�


• Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting.�


• Provide clients with an overview to their investment performance. (Training will be provided)�


• General admin duties.��

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with experience of working within the financial sector.�

If you have experience of working within pensions, investments, or insurance of have financial technical knowledge we would love to hear from you.�

Along with experience we are looking for someone who is motivated and posses excellent communication skills, remaining professional and has the ability to work within a team environment.�

On Offer:�

• �25,000 - �30,000 depending on experience.


• 23 days holiday increasing with service to 25 plus bank holidays with the option to sell or buy holiday.�
