Role Overview:
This role offers an experienced Financial Adviser the chance to operate with autonomy, managing their own schedule while benefiting from support aimed at their personal and professional development. They will engage in investment, pension, and estate planning, servicing an existing client base as well as cultivating their own. Their main objective will be to build and grow their client network, understanding their unique needs, and delivering custom financial advice. A transition from an employed to a self-employed contract is possible within their structure, catering to those seeking long-term career flexibility or initial employment security before moving to a self-employed status.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on Investment, Pension, and Estate Planning.
• Expand your client network through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Deliver tailored financial advice based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct detailed consultations with both new and existing clients.
• Travel to meet clients in person, ensuring a personalised service.
Skills and experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Financial Advisor role.
• Holds a Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning, with CAS status.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively both in writing and verbally. • A self-starter with a strong ambition for success.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering comprehensive financial advice and developing client relationships.
