Financial Analyst

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a long-standing client to recruit an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will provide crucial support to the finance team and the wider business, with a particular emphasis on financial reporting and inventory analysis. Key Responsibilities: Producing weekly financial reports, breaking down turnover and margin by outlet Assisting with month-end financial processes Providing weekly stock level analysis and communicating findings to relevant departments Collaborating with retail and wholesale teams to identify stock issues and flag these with the appropriate business unit Ensuring system data is accurate, including managing price changes, setting up new products, de-listing items, and handling promotional pricing Liaising with the procurement department to support stock and purchasing analysis Performing other ad-hoc duties as required Candidate Requirements: Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel Experience with POS systems and System 21 is desirable Ability to interpret data, identify issues, and propose solutions Accounting technician or related qualifications are advantageous Experience in stock control Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Erin Faulkner in the strictest confidence.
