Financial Controller – Hedge Fund
Our client, a leading Global Hedge Fund is looking for a Qualified Accountant to join their growing Finance function responsible for financial reporting, financial analysis and strategic initiatives
The role will include;
Responsible for month-end closing of management entities
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans
Assist in financial statement preparation under IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP
Perform and review monthly financial analysis and present results to senior management
Focus on improving processes & controls
Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA or equivalent)
Post Qualification experience of working in Financial Control, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity reporting or Financial Analysis within Financial Services
Previous experience reporting under UK GAAP, US GAAP & IFRS
Ideally previous External Audit experience
