Lead by a highly experienced and globally recognised executive team, the business is about to embark on a significant period of growth and expansion fuelled by a number of high-profile contract wins with global corporations. The time ahead is exciting and the appointment of a number of key positions currently exists. The Financial Controller is a newly created position for a senior and experienced professional to oversee the finance function, liaise with senior management and ultimately guide the business through the planned period of profitable growth ahead. Key relationships CEO, COO, Head of Business Operations, External Advisors Direct reports 1 Essential: Qualified Accountant (CCAB ACA, CIMA of ACCA) 5 years of more experience working in a commercial entity providing monthly/quarterly management reports (P&L, Cashflow, Budgets & Forecasts) Experience drafting reports and information for annual accounts submission in partnership with external Accountants IT literacy Advanced Excel knowledge and competent user of accounting software (Sage, Xero or similar) Proven ability to improve systems and processes Staff management and development ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Can do attitude and the desire to support the wholesale business improvement Desired: Knowledge and experience of the global technology sector Experience of accounting for international transactions Systems implementation experience Process mapping experience Reward willbe tailored to attract the best possible candidate and will include: Market leading basic salary Bonus payment up to 20% of salary Pension, Healthcare & Wellbeing benefits Highly flexible working model (1-3 days in office per week) Get in touch for more details on this outstanding opportunity!
