They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning to support our continued growth and success. �

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.


• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.


• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.


• Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.


• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.


• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.


• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.


• Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and modelling.


• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
