Financial Controller

Hirestaff are delighted to be partnering with a country house hotel in Burnham to assist with their recruitment of a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic and financial guidance to make sure that the company's financial commitments are met.


• Developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the group's businesses.


• Monitor, assess and report on the financial performance.

Desired Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)


• Experience using Sage


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Effective Communicator


• Able to demonstrate a strong business focus and commercial acumen


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
