Market leading salary (negotiable based on experience) Join an established business, working in a tight knit team Hybrid working is available Excellent scope for career progression About the company A long established and diverse business in the Omagh area are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee their finance function, reporting to the Managing Director. This amazing opportunity offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work part time (approx. 30hrs per week). Hybrid working is also available. Key responsibilities include: Preparation and delivery of management accounts Balance sheet reconciliations Manage and develop a team of finance staff Business partnering with departmental managers Drive a culture of continuous improvement Manage relationships with external stakeholders Cashflow management Tax compliance Oversee the year-end audit Monthly payroll Implementing process improvements where required Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role Excellent IT skills Ability to lead and develop a team Strong communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch with Tiarnan Skelton @ HIREIQ for a confidential chat.
