Financial Controller - PE-Backed Manufacturing & Distribution (Office-based full-time)

Our client, a thriving £35mil T/O PE-backed manufacturing and distribution business located just outside Chester, is seeking a high-calibre Financial Controller to join their dynamic team.

The business is on an exciting growth trajectory, and this role would be number 2 in finance working for a dynamic CFO.

The Role:

* Lead all financial operations and reporting

* Extensive experience in stock control and inventory management

* Drive financial strategy and growth initiatives

* Manage a team of 5

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

* Proven track record as a Financial Controller in manufacturing or distribution

* Strong expertise in stock control and inventory management

* Experience in PE-backed environments is highly desirable

* Good EXCEL & Systems skills (ideally Dynamics NAV)

* Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Package:

* Salary: £75,000 - £90,000

* 25 days holiday

* Private Healthcare
