Salary: �38,000 - �43,000
Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week (flexible hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Management of accruals, prepayments, and P&L reconciliations
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Overseeing financial reporting and analysis
• Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
• Conducting financial forecasting and budgeting
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the finance team

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in financial services or a related field
• Strong skills in accounts payable, financial accounting, and financial planning
• Excellent leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team

Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as ACCA or CIMA is desirable
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
