About the Role As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimising the company s spending across all areas of the business. This highly hands-on position requires close collaboration with the senior management team to improve financial processes and implement cost-saving initiatives. You will be responsible for analysing financial data, ensuring efficiency, and driving positive financial outcomes for the company. Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor company expenditure across departments, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with the senior management team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in finance operations. Perform in-depth financial data analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimisation. Provide detailed financial reports and insights to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and initiatives across the organisation. What We re Looking For Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within the property or luxury sector. Strong analytical and data-driven approach with a focus on identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders. A track record of improving financial processes and delivering measurable results. Full-time availability, with the flexibility to work 5 days a week in the office in Central London. What s on Offer Competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum.
