Financial Controller

A service organisation based in Tetbury (hybrid) is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team.

• Manage and mentor a team


• Develop and maintain ongoing process improvements within the department


• Build relationships and work closely with non-finance department managers


• Oversee and report on month end, providing commentary and analysis


• Assist with year end audit and statutory accounts


• Budget setting and forecasting


• Develop financial analysis and modelling on all areas of the business


• Assist Directors with business plan based upon financial performance

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have held a similar senior position within a finance team previously.
