Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis


• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management


• Oversee accounts management and ensure compliance


• Drive cost management and efficiency improvements

What They Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in finance management (ideally in an SME or digital agency)


• Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT returns, and financial software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)


• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (preferred)


• A passion for finance and helping businesses grow

Salary Range: �60,000 - �65,000

Location: Fully office-based - Colchester
