Financial Controller

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated finance professional to play a key role in driving financial strategy, improving processes, and ensuring sound financial management.
Financial Controller Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
* Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
* Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
* Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
* Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
Financial Controller Skills & Experience Required:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business performance.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience within the manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
