Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller for a business based on the outskirts of Cambridge to oversee and co-ordinate the smooth running of the finance function.�
Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and analysis requirements of the business, ensuring that the business meets its strategic objectives.
Duties include;

• Oversee timely production of monthly management accounts,�
• Monitor financial performance of the site and highlight issues for discussion
• Communicate KPI's to management team
• Oversee production of short and medium term budgeting and forecasting�
• Costing and justification for CAPEX
• Ensure effective financial controls are in place
• Ensure revenue recognition is applied correctly
• Submit R&D tax credits to HMRC
• Support UK Corporation tax filing�
• Cashflow forecasting, treasury and FX management

This a broad role and is effectively the number one finance role in the UK. Interested candidates must be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent and will possess experience in a similar role.�
Please note, this role requires the successful candidate to be office based, although they do offer flexible working.�
