Your Role in Our Success

  • Take full ownership of the company's financial health, overseeing daily operations and ensuring long-term stability.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional development and efficiency.
  • Produce clear, data-driven financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage cash flow, control costs, and optimize financial planning.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Work closely with operational teams to enhance profitability and streamline processes.
  • Use SAGE 200 to improve financial reporting and management (prior experience is a plus but not essential).

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment-you understand the industry's unique financial challenges.
  • A track record of successfully managing and developing finance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Knowledge of SAGE 200 is advantageous but not a dealbreaker.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence key stakeholders.
