Financial Manager - Construction

Job�Title: Finance Manager.�

Location: Harrow.

Salary: Up to �55K.�

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production and consolidation of UK monthly and statutory accounts.
• Oversee robust month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the reconciliation process, ensuring it meets audit requirements.
• Develop and manage relevant KPIs, enhancing business performance insights.
• Communicate complex financial data and insight in a clear way to senior stakeholders, including those limited finance expertise.
• Support the Group Financial Controller in cross-functional engagements and drive continuous process improvements.

About You

• Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• A strong and demonstrable record of post-qualification experience in financial accounting within a dynamic business environment.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain strong financial controls over multiple entities.
• Experience in the production and consolidation of accounts and month-end processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, inform and influence financial and non-financial colleagues and teams.
• The knowledge, confidence and analytical skills to challenge senior management effectively with data and evidence.
