We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance team in a fast-paced UK food manufacturing business. This role is pivotal in providing strategic financial insights, driving profitability, and ensuring robust financial planning processes to support the companys growth objectives.
As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the data and performance analysis strategy and play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and partnering closely with senior management, commercial and supply chain teams to optimise decision-making and enhance financial performance.
