Financial Planning Analyst

They are part-way through an enticing growth journey and are looking to build out their finance function further with a new FP&A Analyst. This is an exciting time to join the business and the position has real scope for professional and personal development. The successful candidate will be working closely with the FP&A function as well as the senior leadership team primarily with the FP&A Director and CFO to delve deeper into the financials and grow with the company long term. Responsibilities: Assisting with all financial aspects including annual budgets, forecasting and analysis for PL and cash flow, and departmental budgets Collaborate with department heads to ensure achievement of departmental KPI s and identify reasons for variances. Timely creation of monthly financial reports to the CFO and senior management. Examine monthly managerial data, providing actionable insights and suggestions. Creating financial models to analyse business performance against key KPI's. Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed for senior management. Requirements: ACCA / CIMA qualified or part qualified.
