This is a newly created FP&A role, essential for the success of scaling the business. As the sole analyst youll get great exposure to the business and will be working alongside the MD. Analyse KPIs, monitor financial metrics, and identify variances and trends. Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting to support decision-making. Provide ad-hoc business performance reports for strategic decisions. Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions to maintain quality. Manage and analyse operating costs and cost variances.
