My client is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to oversee balance sheet integrity, reporting, and reconciliations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, driving process improvements, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to enhance financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reduce overhead costs across the business.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives with department heads.

  • Provide detailed financial reports and insights on overhead expenses.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for overhead costs, aligning with financial goals.

  • Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

  • Continuously improve financial processes for better accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified.

  • Proven experience in finance management, particularly in overhead cost control.

  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

  • Experience in balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
