Financial Reporting Manager

As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of the statutory reporting for the UK Group Companies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and ensuring compliance. This is a critical role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to lead and develop processes within a global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory accounts for UK Group Companies.


• Review the work of the financial reporting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Manage the reporting timetable to meet internal and external deadlines.


• Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the team and stakeholders.


• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate year-end audits.


• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and controls.


• Work closely with finance and non-finance colleagues to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• CA / ACCA Qualified


• Previous experience within a practice environment, followed by industry experience (ideally in a global business).


• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.


• Proven experience in statutory reporting and managing a team.


• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Ambitious and driven, with a desire to develop and progress within a global organisation.
