Prepare, analyse, and report monthly financial information, ensuring timely, accurate, complete, and compliant reporting.
Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a supportive and professional working environment.
Ensure UK compliance with internal controls and maintain an appropriate risk management system covering all financial, legal, and tax implications.
Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Develop and implement financial control procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Manage UK tax compliance and governance activities, including VAT and Corporation Tax liabilities.
Liaise with the company's tax advisers and head office tax team. Develop processes for new legislation.
