MBF Recruitment are working with a prestigious National Wealth Management Organisation, dedicated to providing exceptional financial planning and wealth management services. Their team in Knutsford is expanding, and we are seeking a diligent and versatile Financial Services Administrator to join them. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning Administration (50%)
Provide administrative support to our Financial Planners.
Process Letters of Authority and manage the collection of client policy information.
Liaise with financial product providers to obtain necessary information.
Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
General Office Administration and Reception Duties (50%)
Perform general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Cover reception duties as needed (note: visitor traffic is minimal).
Handle incoming calls, mail, and email communications.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
