Financial Services Administrator Cardiff £27,000 to £30,000 p.a. + benefits

Opportunity for ISA Transfer Specialist to join multi-award-winning online saving and investment service.

Hybrid role - working from the Penarth based office at least 1 day per week

The Role

As ISA Transfer Specialist / Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible service to customers whilst helping teammates. Responsibilities include:

• Complete all aspects of ISA transfers administration for both In's and Outs
• Communicate with old and new plan managers
• Manage any controls and risks presented on a daily basis
• Work with customer care team to service any customer queries
• Work with third party providers
• Be aware of and work to company and industry SLA's

The Person

As Financial Services Administrator / ISA Transfer Specialist you will have experience in a similar operational role. You will also need:

• Experience and knowledge of the ISA Transfers rules and guidelines
• Confidence to challenge processes and suggest improvements
• Strong communication skills when speaking with internal or external customers
• Experience in pension administration such as pension transfers would be beneficial
