They have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership.The team:The team partner with leading financial institutions, to design and deliver business critical strategic transformation initiatives across their businesses. They have a deep specialism in the Wealth & Asset Management sector, as well as clients across retail, commercial and investment banking, and insurance too.Their work is hugely varied, from digital strategy, innovation and transformation, to operating model design, to operational excellence and organisational transformation, to executing risk-focussed and regulatory change.The role:This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing capability - they are building their strategy, change and transformation practice across the FS industry.Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of some of the following projects in financial services:Operating model and organisational designVendor selectionTechnology strategyRegulatory projectsProcess improvement and cost reductionBroad change & transformation initiativesMy client has specific interested in candidates who are flexible to work across a number of project types, as well as those who are ambitious, entreprenuerial and hungry to develop.The role will cover these key areas:Complex transformation management - engage with exec leaders of FS businesses, and their teams, to deliver complex strategic and transformational solutions.Support internal initiatives - like bids and proposals, client management, learning and development, and DEI programmes.The logistics:My client offers a salary of £40,000 to £75,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility.
