The job you will be doing:

About you:
* Customer Service experience with a background in financial services or a similar regulated industry is preferred though not essential.

* Proficiency in written in verbal communication, coupled with listening and empathic skills, demonstrating resilience in handling various complex challenges
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, listening and empathy skills
* Comfortable with technology and the ability to use Microsoft Office
