Location: Port Talbot
Salary: �11.59 an hour (�11.88 after 12 weeks)
Type: Temporary Contract (long-term, potential to be extended)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented NCES Fines Officer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of financial compliance processes and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Accurately enter and update financial records.
• Telephone Support: Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
• General Office Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
