Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented finisher with a proven track record in new build housing?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher / snagger to join our team on a busy new build housing site in Hull. This is a contract role starting immediately and lasting until Christmas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed units, identifying and documenting any snags or defects.
  • Carry out finishing works, including minor repairs, painting, and decorating, to a high standard.
  • Ensure all units are completed to specification and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating effectively with site management and other trades.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a finisher / snagger in the new build housing sector.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify defects.
  • Excellent knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
