Job description & Responsibilities My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Forman on a permanent basis on a number of luxury residential schemes. You will report into a Finishing Manager/Project Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments on towards completion. Each developments consist of high end luxury apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms strong finishing manager with a proven track record on having worked on luxury high finished apartments. Key Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidates must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high end residential projects. The ideal candidates will have experience with all finishing stages from 1 st fix, 2 nd fix, snagging, de-snagging and completion, CML s through to handover.
