Finnish Market Research

We are actively seeking fluent Finnish Speaking Candidates for a temporary Bilingual role. The role involves making outbound calls, and collating market research for specific client focused projects. This is a home-based role where the successful candidate must have access to a computer and a headset.
The company collates market research on behalf of several other companies via conducting telephone interviews and running through questionnaires and surveys with Clients.
The role:
Making outbound calls - cold calling to speak to decision makers in businesses, asking for their time to conduct a telephone interview or to run through some questions in a survey or questionnaire speaking fluent Finnish, and then recording the answers and translating back to English in order for the company to use the research
Duties

• Experience of making outbound calls, either within market research or sales would be ideal
• Candidates with experience in a customer facing environment will also be considered for the role
• Confident in overcoming objections and speaking to Main Decision makers
• Able to make volume outbound calls
• Dependable and reliable to work remotely from home at a high level

Essential Skills & Experience:

• We are looking for fluent Finnish speakers with a good understanding of English.

Hours:

• Training all day for 1 day
• Working hours between 09:00- 17:00, 3 hours per day
• Monday to Friday
• Hourly rate GBP12 per hour
