Fire alarm service and small works engineer
We are seeking a talented and reliable Fire Alarm Service and Small Works Engineer to join our dynamic team. This exciting role involves working on high-end residential and commercial properties, delivering excellent service and technical expertise while maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- PPM Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and AOVs.
- Small Works and Installations: Complete minor works and installations with precision and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve faults effectively.
- Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
About You
We are looking for an engineer who is:
- Experienced: Proven experience working with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and AOVs.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to maintain the high standards expected at prestigious properties.
- Reliable and Punctual: Dependable and able to manage time effectively.
- Professional: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Qualified: Relevant qualifications in fire alarm maintenance and electrical systems (e.g., FIA, City & Guilds).
- Problem Solver: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
