Fire alarm service and small works engineer



We are seeking a talented and reliable Fire Alarm Service and Small Works Engineer to join our dynamic team. This exciting role involves working on high-end residential and commercial properties, delivering excellent service and technical expertise while maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect.



Key Responsibilities




  • PPM Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and AOVs.

  • Small Works and Installations: Complete minor works and installations with precision and efficiency.

  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve faults effectively.

  • Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to relevant standards and regulations.



About You

We are looking for an engineer who is:




  • Experienced: Proven experience working with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and AOVs.

  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to maintain the high standards expected at prestigious properties.

  • Reliable and Punctual: Dependable and able to manage time effectively.

  • Professional: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Qualified: Relevant qualifications in fire alarm maintenance and electrical systems (e.g., FIA, City & Guilds).

  • Problem Solver: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
