Package:

• Salary (phone number removed) Basic (DOE)

Your Role:

As a Fire and Security Engineer you'll be our go-to gadget guru, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting everything from fire alarms to CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. You'll keep the good folks of Bristol safe and sound, and maybe have a laugh or two along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install & Configure: Set up fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Keep our systems in tip-top shape and fix issues before anyone notices (or panics).
• Site Surveys: Check out client sites and design security solutions
• Client Training & Support: Teach clients how to use their new systems without making them feel like they need a tech degree.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work with our awesome team to ensure every project is a smashing success.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: You've wrangled fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems before, and lived to tell the tale.
• Technical Skills: You speak fluent tech and can fix things that most people didn't know could break.
• Problem-Solving: You see a problem as a puzzle, not a roadblock, and you enjoy putting the pieces together.
• People Skills: You can explain tech stuff to clients without sounding like a robot. A sense of humor is a bonus!
• Mobility: You've got a valid UK driving licence and you're ready to travel around Brsitol areas.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications are great, but if you've got the skills, we're interested!

Responsibilities and Duties -

• Service, install, maintain new and existing fire systems, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems
• Experience on Gent preferred but not essential
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
• Work closely with our clients to identify their needs and provide them with bespoke solutions that meet their requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain good relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills -

Skills

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of fire and security systems.
• Excellent technical knowledge and practical skills in installation, maintenance, servicing and commissioning of fire and security systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel across the Manchester areas

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in fire and security engineering or equivalent.
• CSCS/ECS card preferred.
• FIA Units 1 & 5 qualifications would be an advantage.
