Fire and Security Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled Fire & Security Engineer with experience in servicing and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, and Fire/Intruder systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vendors and brands, making it an excellent fit for someone with diverse technical experience.

About the Role

• Servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security and fire systems.
• Providing remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Configuring and programming systems, including LAN and IP networking.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.

Key Requirements

• Experience with CCTV systems, Door Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarms.
• Strong troubleshooting, field service, and repair skills.
• Understanding of LANs and IP networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
• Industry certifications or relevant qualifications are a bonus.
• UK Driving License
