Location: Manchester | Full-Time
Salary: �37,000 - �43,000 DOE

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join our expanding team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance:
  Install, maintain, and repair a range of fire and security systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
  Troubleshoot and resolve faults promptly to minimize downtime for customers.

• System Commissioning:
  Commission fire and security systems in line with industry regulations and company standards.

• Customer Relations:
  Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met and providing advice on system operation and maintenance.
  Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support.

• Compliance and Documentation:
  Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the relevant standards, including completion of all necessary reports, time sheets, and service records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in installing and servicing fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and fire alarms.
• Sound knowledge of fire safety regulations and security system standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• The ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain professional relationships.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Galaxy systems and Fire Systems.
• CSCS/ECS card (preferred but not essential).
• IPAF/PASMA certification would be an advantage.
