We are looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our clients Warden team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional fire risk assessments, providing expert advice, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough Fire Risk Assessments in line with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, covering commercial, industrial, and domestic buildings.
  • Provide expert technical advice and fire safety knowledge to customers, ensuring all assessments are compliant and of industry-leading quality.
  • Complete pre- and post-assessment inspections, ensuring health and safety compliance and the timely production of accurate reports.
  • Deliver Fire Warden Training to help clients maintain best practices in fire safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth operations, maintaining high standards in all interactions.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, providing detailed information about fire safety regulations, fire prevention, and protection.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed to company and audit standards and maintain issued tools and PPE.
  • Keep up-to-date with all current fire legislation and best practice methods, applying them in the execution of fire risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in completing Fire Risk Assessments across various building types.
  • Recognized qualification in fire safety management or fire risk assessments (FPA, FIA, NEBOSH).
  • Membership of a recognized body within the fire industry, such as the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of PAS79 fire risk assessments (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and impactful reports.
  • Full clean UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across large parts of the UK.

Essential Requirements:
  • Professional qualifications in fire safety from reputable organizations.
  • Experience using electronic PAS79 fire risk assessment reports.
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong literacy and communication abilities, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience managing workloads to meet deadlines and ensure high service delivery standards.
