Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across a wide range of building types
• Prepare detailed and compliant fire safety reports, outlining risks and recommended actions
• Advise clients on fire safety compliance and best practices, ensuring adherence to UK regulations
• Conduct site visits to assess fire safety measures, compartmentation, and escape routes
• Liaise with clients, building managers, and relevant authorities to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and industry standards

Required Skills:

• IFSM Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Fire Risk Assessment
• Proven experience in conducting Type 1 and Type 3 FRAs
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
