Job Title: Compliance Manager / Technical Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Compile evidence and documentation to support BAFE & NSI audits.
- Lead NSI & BAFE audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in management meetings to meet BAFE & NSI KPIs.
- Support Operations Team without direct management responsibilities.
- Design fire alarm and security systems, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare Operation & Maintenance documentation for projects.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in the field.
- Experience in compiling evidence for BAFE & NSI audits.
- In-depth knowledge of BAFE & NSI regulations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fire alarm and security system design software.
- Experience in estimating project costs.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
