Interaction Recruitment are working with an established vehicle conversion company based in Peterborough. My client is looking for Vehicle Production Operatives to join the team and be responsible for the final fix to a wide range of vehicles operating out of the company’s new site.

Must demonstrate good knowledge and use of power, air, and hand tools. Attention to detail. Finesse. Fitting handles, bottle holders, dispensers, wheelchair pens, oxylines etc. Training given. 

The Candidate:

-          Previous experience in a fitting/woodwork environment.

-          Proven ability to work using own initiative

-          Ability to communicate well with other team members

-          Demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping

-          Ability to stick to deadlines
