First Line Manager - Ecom

We are Hiring on behalf of DHL for a First Line Manager for our Ecommerce Division.�
The role is based in Stafford.�
As an Ecom FLM you will be required too:

• Support the Shift Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation, meeting goals and� objectives.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �
• Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills.
• Contribute to site continuous improvement agenda
• High level of data entry and analytics of customer systems�

Your experience:�

• Previous Management experience required
• Warehouse experience desire
• High data entry skills
• Excel knownledge

Working Times/Days :�

• Monday to friday
