First Line Manager

We are recruiting for First Line Managers on days in an excellent client based in South Yorkshire.  Please make sure you are able to work SATURDAY to WEDNESDAY every week before applying
Responsibilities of the First Line Manager role:
* Managing a team in fast paced environment
* Day to day management of your team, driving team performance, efficiencies and KPIs
* Training of new staff and existing team members
* Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understood and followed
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure
Experience of working in a manufacturing / production / fast paced environment
Previous Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader/ Line Leader / Supervisory / Stand-In Roles experience is desirable

Capable of working on own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions
MHE Licences would be advantageous but not essential (FLT, VNA etc)
