Fitness Instructor

Once complete, Audley Shiplake Meadows will comprise 65 apartments, duplex penthouses and cottages, set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. As well as beautiful properties set in exquisite surroundings, this new retirement village will include a village Clubhouse containing a bistro, bar, gym/fitness suite and wellness services for homeowners.

This stunning village is the latest in the Audley portfolio, promising exceptional design features, whilst using traditional design characteristics and materials of South Oxfordshire to create a village feel. Each property will benefit from either an extensive balcony, terrace, or private garden, giving property owners the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and landscape gardens which are complete with mature native trees and wildflowers. 
As our Fitness Instructor you will take full responsibility of the day to day operations of our beautiful spa, pool and leisure club within our retirement village. This will include the management of membership, classes and personal training as well as ensuring that our exceptional village standards are maintained and customer satisfaction is exceeded with your warm and empathetic style of service.

This is a part time position starting in November, working 24 hours per week - flexible days including some occasional weekend work.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified in Group or Individual personal training.


• Experience in classes, aerobics, stretches.


• Experience in Yoga and/or Pilates (desirable).


• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.


• Self-motivated and driven by high physical standards and sales opportunities.


• Ability to influence and liaise with people at all levels.


• Warm, professional and empathetic.
